Talking about the 1000th Grand Prix, there are several pundits who are fueling the debate on whether the 2019 Chinese Grand Prix is the 1000th race or not. Frankly, does this relatively unnecessary statistic matter to anyone? If anything, it projects the sport to be a bit too old – especially in an age when they are working hard to attract younger audiences.
